Industrial Engineer, Certified auditor, Tax Consultant
After graduating as an industrial engineer at the University of Karlsruhe, Ralf Otto began his professional career in 1997 at Ernst & Young in Munich. There he focused on auditing HGB annual financial statements and US GAAP group reports of American subsidiaries in the IT and media industry.
As a manager in the Transaction Services division at Deloitte in Frankfurt, he managed financial due diligences and company valuations.
At O&R Oppenhoff & Rädler AG, he took over the establishment of the O&R branch office in Frankfurt at the end of 2005, still in association with Linklaters LLP.
In 2013, he founded ROI GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, Frankfurt, of which he is still Managing Director today.
The focus of his activities is on consulting on accounting issues in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and company valuations. He supports banks and financial service providers in the preparation of consolidated financial statements and the implementation of technical requirements in SAP.
Since 2009, Ralf Otto is also a lecturer for International Accounting in the Financial Management Master's programme at Coburg University of Applied Sciences.
